Use this form to tell Asterfield Books that you are withdrawing from an identified Payhip ebook or Lulu Direct paperback purchase where a withdrawal right applies.
Freedom Oasis Holdings LLC operates the Asterfield Books imprint and is the seller for Payhip ebook purchases. Lulu is the legal seller for paperback purchases made through Lulu Direct Buy Buttons.
A valid statutory withdrawal does not depend on discretionary seller approval. This form records your statement so we can acknowledge it and handle any required order steps.
This is a withdrawal statement, not a general refund or troubleshooting request. For download access, duplicate charges, damaged or missing paperbacks, or other order help, use order support.
